Andre brings more than three decades of experience in property management, construction oversight, and risk management to their Home Watch business. Andre held senior roles with nationally recognized real estate firms, managing large commercial portfolios, construction projects, and homeowner associations before transitioning into the insurance industry, where he has spent over 20 years safeguarding clients through comprehensive risk and asset protection solutions. As a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with deep knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and preventive maintenance, Andre approaches every home with diligence, discretion, care and confidentiality. He is married, the proud father of three children, and shares his home with two dogs: values that reinforce his belief that every property deserves to be looked after as if it were his own. Andre is a volunteer with Civil Air Patrol, an auxiliary of the US Air Force.

Allison was raised in South Florida and having spent the majority of her life in the area, she understands the unique challenges that come with owning a home in our climate.

Active within the community and with over 30 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience with a nationally recognized company and more than 20 years in business operations and customer service, she brings a strong risk-management mindset and a sharp eye for detail to every home we watch.

Allison is married, a proud parent of three, and has 2 dogs. She knows how important it is to trust the person caring for your home when you’re away.
